Hey all you low carbers! This page has been updated August 2005, Since renewing my WOE to LC, 03/16/2004 I've have lost 76 glorious pounds. I started in size 22/24's and now have a few size 10's that I can squeeze into! I AM HUMAN, and I've had a few bumps along the way, but like so many "lifers" we know that eating this way helps our bodies so much more than the obvious weight loss. I have 35lbs to GOAL!

This Pic was taken on my sons (who is an ATKINS BABY)2nd birthday August 2005, and is the most current pic of me that I have! If I look like I'm having fun.. it is because I am!I'm so close to the 170's at this point that I can smell it!

Swimsuit pics... I can't freaking wait til I take next years photo!..... AS promised these were taken at the end of the LCF swimsuit challenge in June! Not there yet, but just wait til next year!
